Not impressed on how they run their business. Used these people for a few years and finally comes a time where it's time to go somewhere else. The long waits for when you're dog is getting groomed is ridiculous five hours shouldn't be at all. When at other groomers take two hours. The vet makes you wait along time too. The groomers here aren't trustworthy at all one time this one groomer left a cut on our dog's stomach after the grooming was done which took 5 hours. Their phone service sucks too anytime you get a hold of them the phone gets disconnected so you need to call back. Please go somewhere else where they actually care for you're dog. I don't think the pets get treated like royalty the place is a madhouse every time coming here dog's barking everywhere not a comfortable experience for you're dog at all. Other groomers and vets in the area that actually care about you're dog and not hours to wait to pick them up.

When I walked in I wasn't expecting it to be so big or for them to offer so much. Royal Pets is definitely a one stop shop. This makes it so convenient for people like my self that work all the time. I highly recommend this place to anyone! Thank you Royal Pets!

I want to thank the manager Cristian for referring me to Royal Pets. When my vet couldn't get me in right away Royal Pets did. There was no wait. Dr. Nobuki was so great with my two little fur babies. They absolutely loved being there.

Finally, if anyone has gone there for the last year or so, you will notice a dramatic change in personnel. The manager, Cristian, doesn't like it if you call him out and will never admit to making a mistake. Since he's taken over, several employees have gotten fired over things that weren't entirely they're fault. And they were fired without any warning. Things like being short staffed but still required to get everything done in the same amount of time. Because of this hostile work environment, a lot of employees have decided to quit. And the ones that are still there, feel like they could be fired at anytime.

Royal Pets has gone above and beyond for our two dogs for years! They have always cared for them with such love whether it be the amazing Dr. Nobuki, the Vet techs, outdoor staff, or greetings/dog treat goodbyes.

Not impressed at all. Garbage in the parking lot. Poop in their “elimination” yard. A outside daycare yard that’s smaller than my house. Not only do they have 1 person watching 50+ dogs, but, the small dogs are separated by the big dogs by a gate. So, if someone needs to get to the other side, they’ve got to open a gate to get there. And then you have big dogs trying to get to the little dogs and vice versa. Plus, to bring a big dog inside, they have to walk the big dog through the little dogs to do so. And the harnesses they use are nothing more than a rope. So, if the dog isn’t cooperating, they essentially just pull the rope, choking the dog. The inside smells like dog poop. Apparently, there’s an inside daycare yard too but it just sits there half of the time creating this long walkway to get from the inside to the outside. So if someone needs help with a big dog outside, they have to wait for someone to run through this 50’ long room, through the little dogs, through the gate that I mentioned earlier, before help would arrive. For a place that says they treat your pet like royalty, it seems more like they treat your pet like peasants.

I can say that the staff does care about the dogs. The problem is that they're not given the time, the tools or the man power to do a good job in taking care of them. There are so many things that are broken or misplaced that the staff has to figure out others ways to make things work. Also, on extremely busy days, they will not bring in extra employees to help, but, will also not turn away customers. Always putting money over safety. So, you end up having 1 person watching over 50+ dogs for hours.

This place used to be great. But, earlier this year, they replaced the manager with a gentleman named Cristian, who is a friend of someone in corporate. Because of his connections, he rose up the ladder to obtain the position of store manager without having actually earned the position. The entire staff knows this. Also, this man is more like a spoiled child and treats the employees like his own personal servants.
